Scotiabank's CONTACT photography festival is happening this weekend in Toronto. If you can't make it, their site has profiles of all their featured artists. Pieter Hugo's work in Ghana happened to catch my eye, his images are really quite compelling and tell the grim tale of the effects of obsolescence in developing countries.
