School Supplies
Hey All,
Diane is looking to put together a list of suggest school supplies for the ID website.
Please comment to this post things that you think should be on the list.
In previous years, I found that I had a tendency to buy more than I needed... Anyone else have that problem?

*OH ALSO NEED YOUR MONEYS BY THURSDAY (10TH) WOULD BE GREAT
(Just see Teddy or myself)
CARPOOL VS BUS
We are expecting around 50 people. WE NEED DRIVERS if people would rather carpool then rent a bus.
BUS RENTAL (Fits 48 people, costs $500 or ~10.50 each)
*If a lot of people are renting equipment, might be better to carpool (people can pitch in money for gas). If we have a lot of boards and skiis going up, bus might be better.
GUESTS - ID people first and if there is spots available I think we will accept some guests.

Conductor
http://www.mta.me/
Click above. You can "pluck" the lines like a guitar and make music. Kinda nifty!
Conductor (2011) by Alexander Chen.
Conductor turns the New York subway system into an interactive string instrument. Using the MTA's actual subway schedule, the piece begins in realtime by spawning trains which departed in the last minute, then continues accelerating through a 24 hour loop. The visuals are based on Massimo Vignelli's 1972 diagram.
